Returns -
A lot of our items are second hand or vintage deadstock and have slight imperfections. We hope any imperfections you may find only add to the charm of the piece and speak of its history and life before it met you. 
We endeavour to be as accurate as possible in our descriptions and images.
If an item arrives damaged you will be required to provide evidence or return the item before a refund can be processed.
Refunds (if applicable) -
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Any returns should be posted using a sign for service to - BABETTE, 77 Hanson Street, Glasgow, G31 2HF, United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Workshops - 
Workshop positions are non-refundable. 
In the event that you or the person you have purchased the workshop for cannot attend on the given day you will need to provide two weeks notice in order to be rebooked onto another date. 
Any less notice and we reserve the right to refuse due to the plausible loss of income we will suffer.
Privacy Policy
We will never sell your data to any third party nor will we share your details with other entities for marketing purposes, and you will not receive communications from other organisations as a result of giving your details to us, save those organisations contracted by us to undertake deliveries of orders placed.
We will not data-mine, monetise or distribute your information in anyway beyond that strictly necessary to fulfil orders or requests directly placed with us.
