The time it takes us to process an order varies, but should be within 2-4 working days. If you need your item with particular urgency please email us in advance of purchase to confirm.

EU Shipping

As of 1st January 2021, the UK is no longer part of the European Union, therefore new customs controls are required for goods moving between GB and the EU.

Sadly this means that EU customers ordering from UK businesses now have to pay tax at the point of delivery. This is around 19-21% depending on your country of residence. 

EU customers may also be charged a small handling fee by their local courier.

If the value of the package is over €135 the EU customer will have to pay a customs fee on top of the above fees.
